Warwick (village and town)
Village streets off Main and Forester, plus the town's outlying roads. The largest share of our work.
Coverage
Warwick is home base. We also cover the surrounding Orange County communities and a few towns just over the New Jersey line.
Most of our week is spent inside the town of Warwick — the village, the roads out toward the orchards, and the newer subdivisions on the higher ground. Working one town closely has a practical benefit: we've seen how the chimneys here are built, what the previous repairs usually look like, and which failures show up again and again.
That's also why scheduling tends to be simple. A return visit for a part, a follow-up photo, or a second look after a storm is a short drive rather than a re-dispatch.
Roughly a ten-mile radius from the village, which covers the communities listed below. Beyond that we still take calls, but scheduling depends on the day and the type of work — a full liner installation is easier to fit at distance than a single quick sweep.
