Using this site
The content here is provided for general information about chimney maintenance and repair. It is not a substitute for an on-site inspection of your specific chimney by a qualified professional.
No guarantee of outcome from general advice
Chimney systems vary widely. Applying general guidance from this site to your own chimney without an inspection can lead to incorrect conclusions. Always have questions of safety evaluated in person.
Service requests and quotes
Submitting a form or calling does not create a binding service agreement. Work is scheduled once we confirm it, and pricing for repair work is set out in a written quote after the chimney has been evaluated. Inspections are a flat $69.
Payment is due on completion of the work unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash, check, credit card and Zelle. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, let us know as far ahead as you can so the slot can go to someone else.
Warranty
Work performed by Chimney Sweep Warwick NY carries a 90-day warranty covering our workmanship. If a repair we made fails within that period, contact us and we will return to address it. Parts, liners and appliances may carry separate manufacturer warranties with their own terms and durations; documentation for those is provided at the time of installation. The warranty does not cover damage from continued use of an appliance we advised against using, storm or structural damage arising after the work, or repairs performed by others.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Chimney Sweep Warwick NY isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from reliance on general information published here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
